Darren Chaker - Orange County Public Defender
Darren Chaker acknowledges a great program by the Orange County Public Defender allowing defendants to seek expungement, record sealing, and invoking a procedure to reduce many felony convictions. The New Leaf program provides several options for giving people a second chance or to otherwise reduce the impact of a prior conviction.
